Spring Break!!

Man I am loving this warm sunny weather! I have been outside almost everyday this week!!! soaking up the sun :) As from the title i'm on spring break all week which has been super nice, just relaxing and catching up on some things i've been meaning to do. So yeah I have a prom date! woo hoo! haha thanks to my two great friends linnea and krissy! I'm going with Rory Badger, which will be alot of fun. And I've already found a dress and got the shoes! Thanks to hannah sheltons wedding..haha. Anywho I'm pretty excited about prom now. Next week is the play which means i will have no life except at school....awesome.... So who ever can come see the sound of music my mom and mrs. badger are selling tickets! :) Super exciting news......we are defientely moving in our new house in two weeks!!! woot woot! so excited :) well short post but just trying to keep an update, sorry I don't have any pictures this time...

Sorry for not posting in a long time! Either to slow of computer, nothing to say, or busy. But not today because i am sick at home...not to much fun. I would really rather be at school crazy to say i know. But i am also going to miss the best part about mondays....small group!! Well for those of who you didn;t already know i'm working at coldstone, but i don't know if i'm going to stick with it after the first week of closing three nights im sick. And I had to take the SAT saturday morning..haha which im sure those scores are going to be great....but atleast I know what to expect the next time. All I have to say is that was the longest four hours of my life!!! Praise the Lord He got me through it...haha. ugh.... so anyways if you think of it pray for me to decide if I should keep this job or not, the money is good..but you know is it worth having no social life.....negative. On to more happy things, My birthday is this thursday, the big one seven! 17 seems like a great age ya know, your finally growing up and not so little anymore..haha atleast thats what I think. I'm just excited about it! Well I think im gonna go lay down one good thing about being sick is that you can watch movies all day like pride and prejudice, walk the line,and roman holiday... well im gonna go lay down now

Dang it! who would think someone would be so excited about the part I got in the musical..."SOUND OF MUSIC".....love this movie! So yeah you know when the whole family is at the concert thingy i can;t think of the right word for it, but yeah you know what im talking about...theres that swedish lady who bows like 5 hundred times...haha I'm that lady!!! Im sooo excited i get to have huge braided buns and probably some crazy outfit..not looking to that part so much ..haha but its okay! And i also have another small walk on part as a nun! So im happy! And Zach badger got Capt'n VonTrapp, Megan got maria!! it should be great!! excited so excited! haha well hope you all have a grand day like I did! :)

well everyone this was going to be an awesome blog..but my computer is dummmb so therefore no pictures. I'm sorry but I had to blog anyway because its been too long of a break..I'm getting bad about that, i know. So yeah hopefully this thing will let me get pictures because i have some great ones to post!!
Moving on now... this week has been really good and bad also. I've had half days all week...but i've had exams every day. But i have the rest of the day off so i suppose it's not too bad..but mid terms are such a big part of the end grade... which makes me a little nervous. But i know i atleast passed one exam with a 98 woot woot! Never done that good in my life. And in spanish so i was pretty dang happy the rest of the day when i found that out :) Today i had english which was difficult and extremely long...no one in my class including me finished it all the way. craziness!
Well i am so happy about tomorrow!! One of my good friends sarah just turned 17 yesterday! and were celebrating it tomorrow by going out to panera and getting our nails done. which is so special because i never get them done. And now they will be for the wedding:) (which i am so excited about) I hope there is dancing.who knows though. man i am so ready for summer to come! Right after hannah's wedding i think im gonna chop my hair off...might as well.. im sick of it..and i like new things with the hair..but im going to go back blonde by then, well i hope to be so far that plan hasn't worked out so well..haha..we shall see..

so yeah this week was extremely hard to get back into the "routine" of things... everyday was sooo long slow and boring...isn't that just great! but the week progressively got better, our girls and boys basketball team won both games this week, beating seaford and salisbury school woo hoo! haha.. thats basically all that happened. I am so looking foward to tomorrows bridal show i love things like this! so much fun:)

sorry everyone that it has taken me a while to post a new blog, but i just didn't have anything exciting to post about.. and i have been a little sick, and i haven't been on the computer for two days.. haha but enough excuses i know!

Anyways it is so nice and relaxing to be on Christmas break! Although I have to be completely honest it doesn't feel like Christmas i don't know why...it came so fast and who knows. It's just crazy to think this sunday is Christmas! I still have christmas shopping to do but i'm not stressed about it at all for some reason, which i'm thankful for.
Yesterday I saw King Kong.. wow!!! It is a great movie! Love the acting, you can tell it's a peter jackson film but i won't go into specific stuff.. don't want to go into to much detail for the people who still have to see it. I really liked it though!
Well i'm happy everyone is home from college and stuff. It was nice having mattie eubie up here to for a little while. Last night was so much fun i went over to a friends house a played a bunch of games, i learned more ways of playing poker now and i won a couple times woot! haha.. and we played a couple rounds of sardines which is a fun game but i always get creeped out so i have to have someone with me..such a wussy girl!
Today was a very long day, i babysat from 9am to 9 pm for two little boys, one having autism, but they were so good for me! Which was such a blessing but the morning just went by slowly. Then afterwards rach and i visited linny because she has the poxie chickens haha but she wasn't there so we talked with mrs. shelton and other young adults till lin came home driving from the taylors :) I'm so glad you have your license lin!! I can get mine january 7th but who knows if i will make an appointment or even pass the test so i'm not getting my hopes up. I think its all in the brain though, because its really not hard to do i just get so nervous over the littlest things!
Well its almost 1 and i gotta get some sleep. so i hope i made some people happy by posting finally. peace out girl scouts! :)

I just saw walk the line last night! dang its a good movie! Joaquin Phoenix is such a great actor! And I love Reese Witherspoon brilliant! It was intense in some parts but I really enjoyed it! I love that music too the whole time i was tapping my foot.. haha.. so y'all should go see walk the line if you get a chance! Oh yeah and another amazing thing about the movie is that they both actually sing, its their own voices, but I was wondering if Joaquin actually learned to play the guitar... anybody know?
Well I hope you all had a great thanksgiving! I sure did, lots of great food! And fun times with friends and family :) I was pretty tired though last night.. seeing how i stayed awake till 6 am on black friday.. craziness. But i must say LOST is a really good show, now im hooked and have to watch this season, although i wish i saw it from the start.. oh well. I didn't get to finish the whole first season but i saw the season finally so i know more than i did before. Anyways well im glad all the college people are in town! good times when everyone is home :) well i better go get some things done, see you cats around!

Well i'm glad the play is over with so i can have my life back again! But it is always fun doing plays! I really really hope we can do sound of music because i want to be a nun!! haha...
So yeah sorry everyone (linnea) for not posting soon enough but my life was sucked away to the school, but its back now. Oh yeah rachy lin and i might be going to see coldplay again in either jan. or feb. so let me know if you wanna go its not definate yet though, but most likely yeah.
Anywho, i can't wait till tomorrow night i have small group! I miss not being able to go! And youth group! Oh yeah i was wondering when does the new theater open because everyone is telling me different times. I think its the first weekend of december but yeah i was just wondering :)

I Love Christmas! And all holidays actually! Today I went with hannie shelton out to the mall. I love going into bath and body works right now it's all set up for Christmas, and smells so good in there! Here are a few of my favorite scents! Anyways, i had a jolly time with hannah today, after the mall we got an icee! Went to target, which got me even more of the mood for christmas! Lots of fun goodies, hannah found lots of good deals today, got some cute shoes and gifts for her box that were sending off in church. But yeah, the reason i have the title up there is because that song was stuck in my head all day. Aparently because Jared has been singing it all the time i guess i just heard him sing it, and i can't get it out of my head..haha. Anywho then faith, jared, hannah, and i went out to eat La Tolteca, gotta love that resturant. Two nights in a row that i've eaten out, i've eaten out so much lately, suppose theres not much else to do..haha. But i was in great company both times and had a great time! Well rachie comes home tomorrow which i'm glad, it's been weird without her. Weird having both sister and best friend out of time. Well im going to watch catch me if you can now, adios!

I love these people!

Man I can't wait till thanksiving then all the college people and Linnea will be home! I love the holidays!! Great food, Great friends, Great fun! But we will miss those who are away, sienna, anna, and jeanne!

Well nothing to exciting as been happening, last weekend I went to the hanson concert which was alot of fun, it was in a really cool small old theater in philly. All this week i've had play practice , were doing little women of orchard house, its next weekend so come to the play if you can :) Im pretty excited about the spring play we are doing Sound of Music which i love that movie, so it should be pretty awesome!

here are some pictures from homecoming.. the top one is kind of weird but yeah thats oh hans and i b/c we were on homecoming court, representing our class...woo hoo! haha yea anyways so homecoming was alot of fun, i danced the whole time! woot woot!

this week has gone by so fast i think i've only had 3 days of school woo hoo! i didn't go to school on monday b/c i was tired and my mom just let me stay home, and friday is teacher conferences! so this has been an awesome week for me!!
tonight was youth group Mr. Ford spoke, i like it when he teaches us. Then we played the couch game and yeah that was youth group. But before youth rach and i went to pick up lin b/c she needed a ride, and we went to get icees before hand, well there's a new guy at 7-11! I like the older guy with long hair! haha he was nice. yeah so anyways we all get our icees and this bald headed weird new guy rang up my icee and all of the prices before hand were the same price like a dollar 21 i think, then when he said to me he was like 3.21. I was like what? then he was like just checking to see if you were paying attention, I was like heh heh okay. Creepy go max! anyways so we got some good laughs out of that!

Tonight we had small groups at sarah's apart. I love small groups and elizabeth price joined us so im happy about that. Lin wasn't there, b/c she was sick, and we missed you linnea!! I am really enjoying what we are talking about and i really like the Rob bell videos, he talks about stories that i've heard many of times, but always brings up a new way to look at it, which of course i've never thought about. I like it alot and we got our books in tonight but were not starting them till like 2 weeks i believe.

Well this week at school is homecoming week, today was pajama day, and it was the perfect day for it it was rainy and cold, so it felt nice to be warm and comfy in school for once. It is always freezing cold in school!! tomorrow is jersey day and i am sporting the ukrainian soccer jersey my sister got me :) I need to get some pictures to show you all.

Harder than you think

I tried pilates this afternoon, dang it, it's alot harder than you think! I am not flexiable what so ever, but if i keep working at this everyday i will be in the end. I can't even lift my leg totally straight all the way up in the air, but it will come with time, I am confident. Seeing linnea doing all she can do, with only doing it for like a week and a half, i am encouraged!

Anywho, today was a pretty good day, got to go on a short feild trip and miss 5,6th period and lunch, so thats nice :) Well ladies i am soo excited about seeing coldplay! That is gonna be one hot concert! woot! Next weekend! can't wait! Oh yeah and I defiantely agree with you lin about M.I.A. once it gets in your head can't get it out, and it also pumps you up!

School has started...it is so much different this year, it's crazy, little salisbury christian, isn't so little anymore, we have alot of new people this year, which I like though. It's nice meeting new people! I only have 9 girls in my class haha, then like 18 boys. It's usually always the opposite. Anyways, last night I went with the youth group to this youth rally for reality factor, which is a youth retreat we take at harvey ceaders.. I didn't know what we were really doing at this place, and when we got there there was a huge blow up obstacle course, and a jousting ring, all this different stuff, it was fun, i didn't go through the obstacle course, b/c i didn't want to, also the youth pastors and different people were grabbing peoples ankles when they were trying to climb the wall, that didn't look appeling to me...haha. But the speaker was really good, i enjoyed him, it's always refreshing to hear a new speaker. It's so weird now to be one of the older people in youth group though, im used to being the youngest, strange.. but it was a fun and interesting car ride, it was a 15 passenger van and there were 15 people. little tight fit..haha but its okay. I am really hoping I can go down and help with the hurricane relief group, we have a meeting after church tomorrow, so i can get some more info.! ok, gotta go clean.

Well I had my open house today at school, i'm excited about it but not, I have mixed emotions, but right now I'm to the point where everyone has gone away or started school so i might as well just do it...besides the fact that i have to, but its the attitude going into it that counts..haha. I'm looking foward to the fall though, it's going to be alot different this school year, alot more people at my school so were actually divided up (my class that is) which im okay with it. But we are having alot of foreign exchange students so im excited about that. I met the one girl she is from germany and her name is corrina..same as sienna's friend :) Oh yeah and i am in love with my light blue crocs.. i went to the mall today b/c i had to get pants for school.. and lots of people were just looking at my feet thinking what the heck is that..haha oh well i like em'! Well i thought i wasn't going to do cross country but now i guess i am.. i just need to get in shape and quickly, i have pract. mon, wed, fri, but it isn;t going to be that bad b/c its only an hour long. But our first meet is sept. 13th! But i went for a run today..i am still not in shape enough and each race or course.. is 3 miles...i need to get crackin'! Man after having the peipon's in town and hearing about their ministries, i just want to go and help! I want to go on another missions trip so badly!! This fall, or school year atleast i want to, i don't want to wait till next summer, but i know that might not be what God has planned for me, but if it is in his will i really want to go somewhere!! Well tonight i'm going to help my dad pick out a suit..haha that sounds funny, but he is going to a wedding next week, so he needs a suit! so i am off to that!

man, it is so amazing to think sienna is over in africa right now! I'm excited and happy for that girl! I just wish I was 18 to go over and visit her! But I am very glad to hear that she is doing good, and she's safe and sound.
Well saturday night should be fun, hopefully i can figure out something to wear. I saw red eye again today, thats a good movie, short, but to the point. Cillian Murphy is a crazy man! thats all i know! we got like 4 refills today of the huge icee size, haha craziness. Man i am soo happy i can sleep in tomorrow, and i plan on doing it :)

Not so hot on sushi

so last night after church the howard girls wanted to go out and get some sushi, ben, linnea, and i came along too..i was a little anxious because i have never eaten sushi or any type of raw food before... we went to fuji sushi bar, by hollywood video, it was a nice place, cool atmostphere, and good lighting for pictures! We felt a little ..american ordering, because it took us forever and yeah it was just interesting. We got the soup, and salad first which was good, but when the sushi came out i was definately not so sure about it. I ate one with salmon and avacodos (sp) in it....yeah i almost threw up...i had to spit it out, and it was rude to spit it out right where the chef could see me, so i went to the bathroom.. i felt really bad.. but sushi just isn't for me, the texture is very odd ehh.. anyways so i filled up on rice..haha and at the end they give you a cute little orange all cut up. haha...it was fun though, then afterwards ben took lin and i to her house to get some stuff and got an icee on the way back to my house. And then linnea spent the night last night which was fun! not so fun getting up early this morning to babysit, but oh well! alrighty well have a good afternoon/night!

(awesome place) then theres all of us girls in front of our wonderful bus we rode every morning and afternoon... then this one is sienna and i after we had just been on a boat ride, and our hair was a little messy, but i think i should wear my hair like that more often... next one is chali holding a little girl with a christina aguilara shirt on which i thought was really funny.. steph kept trying to tell us it was shakira but no..haha anywho onto the next one is luke and his little buddy who was with luke all the time, except for one time sienna was holding him and she was tickling him, but he accidently peed on sienna's lap..haha he went home to change and came back, but poor sienna had to wait till we got back at cascada miya...lol

hey hey hey!

well this is my first post! Hannah S. convinced me I should get one to tell about my marshmellow experience I had today. So I was eating some marshmellows that my parents had left over from their camping trip, and I ate like four because I was watching oprah and it was saying something about eating healthy and stuff..haha anyways so i zipped up the bag and I looked down and jumped back b/c i saw a spider but it was inside the bag! Can you imagine eating a nasty spider with bitey things out of his mouth.. it was gross! so need less to say i threw away the bag. so yeah thats my exciting spider story..haha... well tomorrow im not babysitting so if anyone wants to do something call me up!
